Questwave - Game Rental
Questwave offers a service that lets you rent physical games for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Our service is designed for people who want to play games without buying them, via a monthly rental model with a required deposit.
All games remain the property of Questwave.
This is a rental service, not a sale.
We only rent physical cartridges/discs of legal retail versions.
We do not rent digital downloads, codes, accounts, or access to streaming services.

Nintendo Switch (cartridge)
PlayStation 5 (disc)
Xbox Series X|S (disc)
How does renting work?
Choose your game
Select the game you want to rent from our online store.
Add a deposit
The deposit is required to be added to your order—without a deposit, the order cannot be completed.
Checkout & Shipping
Pay the monthly fee + deposit. We will ship your game within 1–2 business days.
Play
Play while your subscription remains active. Returns & Exchanges
Return the game if you want to exchange it or stop renting.
Prices & Deposit
Monthly Rental Fee
Each game has a monthly rental fee (€14.95–€19.95), depending on the title and platform.
Deposit
You pay a one-time deposit for each game.
The deposit is normally €30–€40 per game, depending on the title.
The deposit will be refunded once:
The game is returned complete and undamaged.
All outstanding payments have been paid.
The deposit will be transferred within 5 business days of correct return.

We ship within 1–2 business days of ordering.
Returns
You will receive a return label with your game.
Once the game has been returned and inspected, you will receive:
Deposit refund (if everything is OK)
Possible Exchange
We recommend returning within 7 days of receipt if you want to exchange it.
Exchanging Games
You can always exchange a game as long as:
Your current game has been returned correctly
You have no outstanding payments
You will pay the normal next month's rental fee once your new game has shipped.
Damage, Loss, or Missing Parts
If a game:
Is damaged
Contains a missing disc/cartridge
Damaged sleeve or labels
The deposit (or part of it) may be retained to cover replacement costs.
We will always keep you informed in advance of the damage assessment.
Cancellation & Term
Rental contracts can be canceled on a monthly basis
Cancellation notice must be received at least 3 days before the next payment date
Deposit will be refunded upon proper return
Example:
You want to cancel as of January 1st →
Submit cancellation notice before December 28th
Payment & Subscriptions
Your game rental will be arranged via direct debit or regular payment. You pay:
The monthly rent
Deposit (one-time)
Payments are processed through our shop (e.g., Seal Subscriptions), with:

✔ monthly direct debit
✔ overview in your account
