General information about returns

Not satisfied with your order? No problem! You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Policy
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please treat the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
For products such as TCG cards, the seal or sleeve must not be broken.
You are responsible for the return costs.
Returns must be reported in advance via contact@questwave.nl.

Provide your order number and the product you wish to return.
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging.
Ensure the return is sent to the specified return address.
Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order from your location to our online store. The average cost is €7.25 per package. Consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

Refunds

Upon receipt and approval of your return, the purchase price, including shipping costs, will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of registering your return. Any depreciation will be deducted from the refund amount.
