📦 Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

We ship only on business days (Monday through Friday).

All packages are shipped via PostNL, unless otherwise indicated.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if applicable).

🇳🇱 Shipping within the Netherlands

Free shipping on orders over €50

For orders under €50, the following shipping rates apply:

0 kg – 2 kg: €4.95

2 kg – 3 kg: €6.35

3 kg – 10 kg: €9.95

10 kg – 23 kg: €22.55

🌍 International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are automatically calculated during checkout.

Please be aware of possible import duties or local taxes for deliveries outside the EU.

We understand the importance of the condition of your products. That's why we provide:

Secure packaging for all items

Use of sleeves and top-loaders for cards (if applicable)

Extra protection for valuable or fragile products

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of shipment, please contact us at contact@questwave.nl.

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please report this within 48 hours with clear photos. We will always work towards a suitable solution.
